All questions, tests, eBooks and other material on OVL are for your personal study only. Copying, reselling or sharing paid content on other channels or groups is not allowed and may lead to your account being blocked.

Accounts

Keep your login details private. One account is for one student.

Payments and refunds

eBooks and OVL Pass are digital products and are not refundable once access is given. If you paid but did not get access within 24 hours, contact us with your UTR number and we will fix it.

Accuracy

We try to keep every question and answer correct, but mistakes can happen. If you find an error, please report it. OVL is an independent platform and is not connected to OSSSC, OSSC, Odisha Police or any government body.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the latest version.
