This policy explains what information Odisha Virtual Library ("OVL", "we") collects when you use odishavirtuallibrary.pages.dev and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and target exam, which you give when you sign up.
• Practice data: your test attempts, scores, saved questions and progress, so you can continue on any device.
• Payment details: when you buy an eBook or OVL Pass, the UPI transaction ID (UTR) and amount you submit. We never collect card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
• Leaderboard: your first name and score are shown on test leaderboards.

How we use it

To run your account, sync your progress, verify payments, give access to purchased content, show rankings and send important exam updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Services we use

We use Google Firebase (login and database) and Cloudflare (hosting). These services process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Advertising and cookies

We may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. Your choices

You can edit your profile any time and delete your practice data from Profile → Delete my data. To delete your account completely, contact us using the details below.

Children

OVL is meant for students preparing for government exams. If you are under 18, please use the site with a parent or guardian's permission.
